 William Gravestock: author, illustrator and publisher has practiced the Biblical principles of good health for over fifty years. His wealth of experience and knowledge make-up the foundation of This Is Life. 

This Is Life contains the seeds of Biblical truth and power that can transform a person’s life into a dynamic “New Person” reflecting the Life and Person of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is God’s goal and purpose for everyone. 

This Is Life explains the ten “Laws of Life”, in a simplistic and yet profound presentation. The dream of all of us is to experience the TRANSFORMED life. This Is Life” seems so simple, ...going on a journey to the top of the mountain?
